A Nuclear Engineer works mainly with nuclear energy and radiation. They design and build different products that will benefit the research of nuclear energy and radiation. Nuclear engineers also work at nuclear power plants to help moniter and generate power to run the plant. They may also work work on the nuclear fuel cycle which deals with the production, handling, and use of nuclear fuel and its safe disposal. Nuclear will often work on machines that help diagnose and treat medical problems.
